Schedule of Works

This is a typical schedule of works that are carried out, each situation will be different to some extent.

• Planning Consent - Design, Change of Use Certification.
• Remove Garage door and infill with matching brickwork.
• Fit matching window to garage opening.
• Knock through opening to property and fit internal door.
• Line, insulate and plaster walls and ceiling.
• Construct floor with DPC membrane.
• Fit radiator(s).
• Fit skirting board and architraves.
• Build cupboard around fuse box (if required).
• Board roof void and insulate.
• Fit new consumer unit (if required).
• Provide Insulation/Ventialation calculations with 'Part P' and GAS SAFE Certificates.
